Monetary gifts
You can make a donation by sending a check or credit card information to any UIC library location or through the University of Illinois Foundation (UIF). UIF is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving organization for the University of Illinois. Donors receive tax receipts from UIF.

Gifts in kind
Gifts in kind are charitable donations that are goods or services. The UIC library is particularly interested in gifts of archives of Chicago-related organizations active in these areas:
- Politics
- Neighborhoods
- Housing and civil rights movement in Chicago
- Women’s history
- Social welfare organizations
- Design
- Health sciences
